This is true - I wish I had known before I bought one of their products. I purchased two of their frames and within an hour of use, the screen on one of them had gone bad. Smart Parts' website (still) indicates it has a 90 day warranty on its products. I emailed them several times at the email address listed on their website and received no response. I then called and was told the product would be replaced. I was emailed a UPS label to return the frame, and I sent it back to Smart Parts. I never heard anything back from them, despite my phone calls (it seems that now their phone number is no longer manned), emails, and, most recently, a better business bureau complaint. Smart Parts never responded and never sent me a new frame, even though the UPS tracking number shows that they received the frame that I returned to them. I had chosen the SmartParts frame because it was a better value than the other frames - now I'm out the money I paid for it and don't even have the frame!
