From what I understand you will be seeing upgrades to the MacBook line as far as processors and such. Nothing major and probably wont be too publicly announced.

Final Cut / Logic will probably have new releases which is fantastic and one of the only justifiable costs that I would pay for something from Apple.

Also from what I understand is that the current 3g line will get upgrades and I am thinking more and more heavily that they will possibly *not* be releasing a brand new iPhone but upgrades to the current 3g model and that is it. It's quite tough for me to fathom that they will be doing anything major that could beat what they already have.

If you think about it there isn't much call for a higher-res display. That would send a lot of developers back to the drawing board to fix their applications and create multiple forms or add extra bloat to their software to make multiple resolutions.

Also, as far as new technology there isn't much they could pack in. Maybe a better CPU, GPS and a few other things but we wont be seeing 4G until at least next year.

You'll see upgrades to the memory and CPU would be my guess and not too much more than that.

I think they will be focusing on 3.0 software, the final cut package and a possible new macbook which is apparently has a product number reserved in the apple inventory system.
