ba52_sega_dreamcast_console_partsYou always wanted a Dreamcast right? But part of the fun of buying a gadget is breaking the seal for the first time. ThinkGeek has your back.

There is certainly only a limited supply of these systems available, so you better lay down your $100 fast. But you get everything, brand new in the box. Just think that the controller will not be warn out, nor will the CD drive make funny noises. It will be great. And soon you’ll be gaming like it’s 1999.

  • I still have my dreamcast came with the sega smash pack disc and house of the dead. I still play it occasionally as well. DC was a great system that shouldnt have died the way it did. I personally think the DC was better than the PS2 though I own a PS2 as well. DC was fun and I had that awesome boot loader disc that showed a dog with reindeer antlers and it played all of my ahem* backups of games I already owned? LMAO!

    • I had (and still have) the black DC, the sports bundle.

I remember the day Half-Life leaked onto Usenet (it was a Nero image, so I had to use my brother’s PC to burn it; I always used a Mac) and was like, “[Gasp] Oh my God.”

PSO was some of the most fun I had playing the system, or any system for that matter. Too bad the broadband modem was impossible to track down by then.

  • There are brand new Dreamcasts, at this price, on eBay fairly frequently.

  • Crazy Taxi anyone!
