In that case I think they are building an all-encompassing legal terminology to support Final Cut Studio 3 which should be dropping this summer. Those be my thoughts. Not only is there now affordable 8X Blu-ray burners, but the licensing just got a lot easier. And licensing was what Jobs was referring to with the bag of hurt comment.
