Oh, man, I cannot wait to punch a boulder in 3D. (Actually, I can wait, but that’s immaterial for the purpose of this post.) In addition to the earlier Street Fighter IV announcement, Capcom also let it be known that Resident Evil 5 will be released sometime this year. In and of itself, sorta blah. But!

Yes, there’s a “but.” The game will support Nvidia’s GeForce 3D technology, which, as you might guess, renders games in a sorta 3D deal.

GeForce 3D requires a GeForce 8, 9 or 200 Series GPU; Windows Vista; and a LCD monitor with 120MHz (or any CRT monitor). Of course, you’d need to wear those glasses, too. And, as Stephen Merchant related in the “Guide to the English” podcast, life is so much harder when you already wear glasses.

Not a fan, sorry.

  • I wouldn’t mind wearing those glasses while playing

  • I agree with LightAce.

No need glasses to wear it. If someone use glasses will harm our eyes and brain. We stick old way forever.

This game must support Windows XP to play. No want Vista. Trash Vista away! Microsoft is in biggest trouble making mistake operating system like Vista and go on. XP is world’s best gaming! Pull all old and new games on XP and you are good to going! XP stay forever!

I will never move to Vista or newer. I stick with XP for many years and hate company make games for Vista will hurt sales. Please support Windows XP now!!!!!

    Toss Vista away!

    • Yes vista sux… however enough ranting about it . it happened years ago as well . win98 was good , along came windowsME which was cool n all but crashed alot and was slowwww…. then came windows 2000 and whoooo it progressed everyone was happy… same thing now with xp … xp is good , vista comes out which is cool n all , but once again its slowwww…. now along comes windows 7 …. and everyone will be happy again. bite the bullet pal . i feel sorry you invested money into vista *shame on you*.
