The thing is, smoking is more than one addiction. Its the nicotine addiction and the mental addiction. E-cigs have the option of getting lower and lower nicotine cartridges until you can eventually get down to zero. There are cartridges that have no nicotine, just flavor. So instead of trying to break two addictions at once. You can slowly lower your nicotine levels down to zero while still keeping your mental addiction. Then when the nicotine addiction is gone, you can break the mental addiction.

I for one really enjoy smoking my electronic cigarette. A couple of weeks ago I decided to buy electronic cigarettes and have never turned back.

I used to smoke about a pack a day now I go though about 1 refill cartridge a day and don’t even feel like picking up a traditional cigarette anymore.

Electronic cigarettes are definetally a thing of the future and I could even see how they would benefit somebody who is trying to quit smoking.

The e-cig I decided to buy was from PerfectElectronicCigarette.com and I really enjoy it. The thing I like about it the most is that it is pure black and the end lights up blue. So it does not even look like a real cigarette. :)

I got the blucigs.com brand and I haven’t smoked a traditional cig since. Well… I had about 8 the first week…

Teeth are staying white now since i kicked the traditional coffin nails :-)

How can a non-smoker “review” a cigarette replacement? Ah! I don’t use Linux but, jigdo seems to be a weird name for an OS.

I dunno. If I’m smoking, I need smoke: something palpable to push in and out of my lungs. If all I wanted was a nicotine delivery system I’d buy one; there’s gum and pills and patches these days, but the initial nicotine concentrations are so high that nausea forces many people to go back to smoking. I’m so afraid of being nauseous I won’t go near the cessation systems myself – and this device sounds like it does pretty much the same thing, only worse: 2.4 mg of nicotine is approximately half a mg more than there is in the strongest cigarette these days…enough to make even a pack-a-day smoker nauseous and dizzy. That said, I’m gonna go have a cigarette now – see ya!
