Video: A minute and a half of jetpack wonderment

If previous videos of the Martin Jetpack have left you wanting more, here’s more. It’s a minute and a half controlled float inside an empty warehouse. Sure, the guy’s only a foot or two off the ground but I’d still really love to take one of these things for a spin.

According to OhGizmo!, “The Martin Jetpack is capable of 30 minutes of flight at 60 mph” and can go a distance to an altitude of 8,000 feet. Apparently the company will ship the first ten units this year at a cost of $100,000 each, so start saving up if you’re keen on being the only person at work who arrives via jetpack.
