very good phone got mine two days ago…same as above great keyboard very responsive great pictures…slightly worried about the hinge though. no troubles as of yet but the hinge could be slightly more sturdy

i finally got the music to work. once you format the card and all that jazz, when you put the music on(through rhapsody music player), ***make sure it’s in the file “my_music” and not “Music” because it makes a huge difference. it’s really irritating because you have to do it all manually by copy/paste. -_-

then put it back in the phone, “Scan memory card for new music” and voila! it magically starts finding music.

as for ringtones, i’m still lost. sorry :\

how do u get the phone to recognize the sd card….i put it in the go to phone memory and click card memoy; and the card has tsuff on it; but when i try to get it to read the card my phone just shuts off or restarts

I tried this it works on everything but the sounds. Also, I can not save a sound from a message to my card, only to my phone. I am going nuts trying to figure this out. PLEASE HELP!!!

I just got mine yesterday. I am having the same problem. I have tried everything, including calling Verizon tech support. Nothing works. Has anyone found a solution?

you have to format your card. put it in your phone. then record a sound and have it save to the card. then take the card out.. put it in your computer and the card should have a bunch of phone created folders. you can then save all your files to the correct folders the phone makes. least thats how i had to do it with mine. hope it works

looks good.
I can’t get the Micro SD card to be recognized. I have formatted the card, added some music files, restarted my phone with the card inside, but when I go to My Music folder> options> scan memory card for new music, it takes me back to the main menu.
Please suggest.

I have had mine for a week and absolutely love it, but I am having a heck of a time figuring out the micro-chip memory card. No matter what format I use for the sounds and ringtones the phone does not recognize the files. The photos come over fine as long as they are not too large, and the music is fine. But the ringtones and sounds are driving me nuts!

I just got mine today, and so far, it works wonderfully. I’ve been playing with it all afternoon, and it is incredibly user friendly, which is a big plus, and the texting is so easy. I haven’t really used it to make many calls yet, but the text features are easy, and it is a really nice phone.

Just got one. The lame theme is easily changed. Some built-in options are great. First impressions are very positive. Keyboard works great, changes fast to suit the mode you are looking for, and no obvious quirks after a few hours of playing with it.
