I saw Watchmen with the same group of people twice and while the first time was done in complete silence, the second time was full of (polite!) whispers about things we were seeing we didn't see the first time. That's one of the reasons I'm excited about the DVD. My friends and I will be able to get together and analyze it. We can pause, rewind, fast forward, anything we want. The ability to do this not only with local friends, but friends over the internet can't be anything but a bonus. If you don't like the feature, don't use it. It's not like the neckbeards of the internet will randomly bust into your viewing with comments about how Zach Snyder left out (random arbitrary object here) and Watchmen is the worst movie ever just because the feature exists.
