Intel surely deserves this spanking. Saying that consumers prefer Intel is meaningless because consumers never got a chance to choose because of Intel’s backroom deals.

Intel will pay on the last day!. Its a small fine for such a big transgression.

Any company who wants to play in the EU market must play by the EU rules, or else, don’t play there. Simple as that.
