Ok, kids, here’s your chance to get a free pair of Radius Atomic Bass earphones. It’ll work with any mobile phone that has a 3.5mm port, but, like everyone else, Radius thinks that iPhone owners are the only ones that listen to music on their mobile. Check out the review for the non-iPhone model of the Atomic Bass if you care to know how they perform.
So here’s how you can win.
Just leave a comment and I’ll pick a winner on Monday.

Do want! Your review made them sound really good.
I do not want it…I NEED it :)

I can’t NOT win after posting that.
Free stuff is always good :)
we have the same name… hook that shit up :)
LOL my headphones just went out on one side … So I could really use a new pair.
because I’m awesome.
Random comment for the win!
or not…
oh lady luck you fickle mistress….
Just thought I’d might try.
Cheers mate.
since the ones that came with my iPhone took a ride on the washer yesterday (not recommended). i will take my chances here and try to win a new pair ;)
Can you hear me now? Thanks for the chance to win!
Could really use these :)
me too! pick me..
I’d love to be able to win a new pair of headphones since my current pair aren’t very good. Thanks for the opportunity! :)
FTW! Now I can boom the Hiphoppotamus Vs Rhymenocerous!
Saw your tweet. Buds look sweet.
Just thought I’d try.
Your review makes this sound really enticing. I’d love a pair!
I would just like to win something. Plus I need a set of earphones for the iPhone I’m getting next month after the secrets are all out and the new iPhone is announced.
lol. the review says: “Designed for maximum fidelity sound, in-ear noise isolation, and ergonomic perfection so comfortable not even OJ could deny Radius Atomic Bass Earphones fit like a glove.” Wonder if there is any truth to this.
You could read my review.
I think I’m due for a win.
Never used them before. Would love to give them a shot…
I’d love one! The NYC subway really isn’t the quietest, so getting some noiseproof headphones would be a huge help for the 45 minute commute each way!
Oooh and my Etymotics just died
your right, only iphone users listen to music on their mobile. I have an iphone and i listen EVERY day at work lol i would love those headphones!
Please give these to me. Friday is my birthday and Im turning 30….that really sucks….its all downhill from here…at least I would have some great sounding jams for my descent!
pick me, pick me!
Yes! I want these port pluggers.
I could really use these for the times when my brain fails to create its own music… in which case my iphone + radius headphones wold come in handy. Thanks in advance Crunchgear!
I have a pair of Shure SE210’s that are absolutely falling apart at the seems. I’ve become a bit of a heaephone snob because they sound so good, but something in this review made me think….a big part of the sound must be the seal they form when in your ear. When my shures are just sitting loosely they aren’t all that great. This gives me hope of replacing with a cheaper pair that sound as good. ‘Cause in this economy I just don’t have a few hundred to spend on earbuds. Anyone else recommend these or other earbuds in the $50 range?
My roommate needs new earphones for his long commute (in subways that are packed nuts to butts) from Queens. These “sound” perfect.
Genuine audiophile headphones have worked for me for 50 years … prove to me I should change to earbuds.
I flop between both. Over the ears just don’t work for me in the city, though.
I would use these all the time!!
I should win the headphones because I am the only female in my department and I need to drown out the “Thats what she said” jokes, and also I dont like picking up my desktop phone!
I forgot to say Please!!
Oohhh Ohhh, pick me!
winner winner chicken dinner!
.
I want a set of those! Yay! :)
Wouldn’t mind a sweet pair of headphones. They’re new, right..?
“…review for the non-iPhone model of the Atomic Bass…”
So yeah, they’re new.
Comment
considering that my apple in-ear set has no bass; i’d be down to get ahold of ‘em.
Nice to see a quality pair of ear buds at a reasonable price. I usually prefer cans but I wouldn’t mind giving these a spin.
What great timing! My iPhone earphones are getting pretty worn, and I’ve been wondering what to replace them with. It would also be nice to have something with better sound for music, and then I can just keep the stock earphones for spares. I don’t think most earbuds were designed for my ear canals, but the silicon tips for these look similar to the ones I have for some Sony earphones I use for my Creative Zen player. They fit really well. I don’t know what criteria you will use to select the winner, so I offer this iPhone haiku-like poem:
Feeling the beat now.
Music fades away slowly.
Incoming call. Answer?
Sounds like a good deal
I’m not an iPhone owner, I have a Razr v9x, still through AT&T though. I use it as my music player both for headphones and with a cheap magnetic tape adapter for my car. I went out and bought a 4 gig MicroSD card just for this phone, as my old MP3 player had gone through the washer (twice, before quitting, incidentally) and was no longer in the world of the living.
Unfortunately, my good set of Sony earbuds have also ceased to work, so I’m hoping I might be able to wrangle a free set of earbuds instead of shelling out for another decent set. Currently being an unemployed college student, free things are very cool.

I consider myself an ear bud killer. I have trouble counting how many pairs I have gone through since my first 3rd gen iPod 20g all those years ago. I would guess around 13 pairs would be close to fact. I run through them like hookers through panty hoes. From crashing on skateboards and crushing them to blowing them out with too loud volume to cutting the cords with my saw in trees while working. I am always searching for a great quality yet affordable buds to use for all my activities. How about helping a guy out, huh?
May I just say, dearest and revered Mr Ha, that you deserve the Pulitzer price for your deep and insightful analysis across the broadest array of sectors: nuclear science, mathematical circumference calculations, fishing and audiophile innovation alike; that is truly impressive! I should therefore be most honoured to receive this token of audiophile excellence from your hands.
Thanks!
i have had my v-moda duo headphones for almost 2 years and the right ear bud just stopped working last week :(
would love to try the radius.
thanks
Sounds great! Good luck to all who enter!
I’d like to try these earphones.
My pair of Shure SCL3s are great at high and mids, but suck at bass. These sound gooder than that.
Wooooooo!!!!! The white plastic surrounding my headphones is peeling away, good timing
Yes please.
Please pick me.
Thank you!
just because I know you doesn’t mean I can’t win.
Looks pretty awesome ;D
If only I could have these headphones! All my dreams would come true… eeh.. well maybe i need better dreams. But i’d still love these headphones.
After I read this post and the Radius earphone review.I went to test out my friend’s Radius Atomic Bass Aluminum Black Earphones. The moment i put it on, I love it.
it is very comfortable and it’s sound quality is amazing.
i will definitely want to win this :)
please let me win!
