BBG found a great video that uses that odd “flickering” 3D stereoscopy that moves the image quickly back and forth to fool the eye into seeing 3D in a 2D images. The song is by Harmonic 313 and is available in higher res here.

Is there any trick (like a range of distance from the screen or something) to get the effect? I see the flashes but I can’t get the 3D effect :(
This is a much better example of the effect. This is kind of just strobey with the occasional 3D effect thrown in.
looks 3Dish but gives more of a headache then anything else, had to stop it, thought my eyes were going to pop
I dunno, I liked it…I thought it was pretty stylish.
