OK…It is original…The technology goes deeper than just gaming, I don’t know if anyone caught the girl shopping or the voice recognition for the movie watching. Anyhow, my primary point is, so what if its no good for shooting games or more hardcore gaming experiences. Thats not what its designed for. It is not a stand alone system, it is an accessory that will allow for a different gaming experience. Therefore when you get done playing with family or friends in a game designed for natal, you can pick up your controller and go back to floggin noggins in COD. I own a 360, I am not a Fanboy. What I cant stand is someone posting an argument like, “Eye Candy is better”. How about if you have an argument, post it with some sort of supporting text. I know I will have some dumb kid totally “pwn”, and I guess thats fine. The main thing is this is good for gaming. Who cares what system you have. If I could afford a PS3 and a 360 I would own both. They both have great games and different experiences to offer. And to you hardcore PC guys. Guess what I also love PC gaming. Especially for RTS or other strategy games. Final point. This is good for gaming as a whole if it works properly. If it doesnt, then Uncle Bill will have had alot of us fooled

personally i prefer the ps3 out of the 2 because of its online and media capabilities i.e watch movies in hi def, less fan-niose, able to to go on any website(facebook,msn,bebo,myspace,youtube,any others you think of!)and being able to download things from the internet directly to the system.Although natal LOOKS fantastic it dosent make sense. how would you reload,drive,run,take cover.As a plugin the XBOX’S cell prossesor would probably explode with being unable to transmit it fast enouph! As for the face reconition thats kinda old tech-the dsi im using to write this even has it. And with the skateboard PLAYSTATION™ have released a wireless to scale board compatible with all tony hawk games on PS3. in conclusion natal for me is an epic dream/great idea set up for possible even bigger fail.

Project natal will be optional for games so you can still use a controller for most games. Although the promo games will be natal only obviously

I have got an xbox 360 and I think it looks cool. Looks cool. That’s pretty much were it ends for me. I don’t know how good it will be in terms of practicality. Many people play video games to relax, and flailing arms and legs about sounds like more of a workout than a leisurely kind of thing. I have a few more quips with it. How can you control the speed of a car in driving games? How do you move your character in shooters, and how can you fire and reload? How can you possibly play any game like ninja gaiden or mirror’s edge? If Microsoft start releasing models for guns and lightsabers like a true rip-off of the Wii, I will officially change sides and get a PS3. I hate Microsoft.!!

I agree with XATA. Project natal is just a improved eyetoy. The new motion controler for the PS3 is a much better idea. And how was the girl in the third video controlling the speed of the car anyway.

man this thing looks awesome. if i had a xbox360 i would buy it, but i would wait a while to see if it actually gets good reviews and doesnt have glitches since it seems like its going to be pretty expensive. i feel bad for parents, the wii… now this creators are just stepping up the technology, kids are going to want this now

i hope i can get one! my dad said it came out around christmas.. cant wait! omg the asassins creed game is goin to be amazing on natal!
and gawd so is tombraider! how would u make lara croft do all that crazy flips ad stuff on it? or drive a motorcycle, run or swim for that matter?

just imagine wht it will be like like playing a tombraider game…. wow

and wouldnt it be difficult to makethe character move? do u run, wal or jump in plac or do you have to move forwards? evetually u’d run out of room… hmm….
