The new/upgrade price is going to be $199.99 without any mail in rebates. 2) That's just the order amount - those can be pending orders, wishful thinking, etc. In transit will tell you how many you have on the way, and then on hand will tell you how much you have to sell. The price is $500 something before the rebates from Sprint. Almost every phone (that isn't GSM) works the same way.
