  • Will the june 12th transition affect my ability to pick up transmissions from outer space while wearing my tinfoil evil-doer suit?

  • I have comcast. on some commercials they say if you plug the cable directly from the wall to the tv you are fine. If you have an antenna then you need a box. Then in a flier they sent out it said to pick up stations above 30ish you need a box. What is it? Thanks.

    • Comcast is currently rolling out an all digital service. It sounds like your market is one of them.

This has nothing to do with the government mandate, but rather something Comcast is doing to squeeze more bandwidth out of its system to provide faster Internet and more HDTV.

So, if you have cable and your provider says you will need a box to continue to receive the same stations, bend over and prepare to give ‘em more of your money. Sorry. I hate Comcast too.

  • hey um my borther is trying to put on converlu box in the tv. but there is one problem we can’t make it work.
