For anyone else using exchange 2003, you are stuck with IMAP. Just installed 10.6 to check out the support and found out that it will not work with our Exchange 2003 server. The options on the dropdown are POP, Exchange 2007, Exchange IMAP. When you try Exchange 2007 against a 2003 server, it will not connect. Oh Well... Knew it could not be that good.
