		<description>Chris, I agree - the shield is strictly a cosmetic item, and not crucial to the system. The reason it stood out to me was because the rest of the system was so well constructed. The cables were carefully ran, everything was very well done, but that part was bent and just felt like someone got sloppy.</description>

I gather from your comments that you were referring to the I/O shield on the back of the chassis - this comes with the motherboard, and is made of a thin metal.  It can flex, but it&#039;s not meant to be a structural nor aesthetic part of the computer, rather a safety feature to keep from accidentally damaging the internal components of the PC.  Because of its reflective properties, if it flexes it can look bent.  By your pictures, nothing looked to be unserviceable.  But thanks for pointing that out, and thanks for the comments about the high performance and quality of the system!</description>
