i called tech support when this happened. under the menu- change the setting from autofocus to manual. fixed the problem for me.

I bought this camera but when I watch the MP4 file, it´s with some lines, when the subject moves you can see those lines cleary. Does any one knows why?

You didn’t say which quality the downloadable QT movie was shot at. Normal? Fine? Superfine?

I don’t like the single speed zoom. Otherwise a good camcorder.
