Dell has a nice deal going until this Wednesday — a 1.5TB desktop hard drive for $99 after $40 instant savings. It’s a SATA Seagate Barracuda with a 7200RPM spindle speed and 32MB of cache.
I tried to figure out the shipping but my address returned zero dollars for 3-5 day and 2-day shipping. Ergo, I think it might be free shipping although that’s not explicitly stated anywhere, so your mileage may vary.

Yeah but seagate sucks. so you really lose in this deal.
the 7200.11 are notorious for drive failures. read the reviews on newegg or amazon and you’ll see this drive has the worst rep associated with it. they are most likely trying to get rid of excess inventory of a drive that noone wants.
their new 7200.12 drive is fantastic, on the flip side
