We’ve got some NZXT gaming gear to giveaway, but we want to ensure that it goes to a gamer and not some chump that will flip the stuff on Ebay. So we’re actually asking you to do something this time around rather than just leaving something in the comments. It should be easy for a gamer though. All you have to do is spray a logo in a game and send us a screenshot.

All the details, including the files you’ll need, are after the jump.

Instructions:

This .TGA file should work in most Valve games like Counter Strike: Source and Team Fortress 2 along with a bunch of other games. Here is also a .JPG file for other games too. If you can’t get either of these to work, or your game requires a different format, feel free to create your own along the same lines as ours. This is a good tutorial.

To import the custom spray in Valve games, head to the Multiplayer tab in the Options menu. You should be able to figure it out. We’re not going to turn the comment section into a help forum, so please use your Google skills if you can’t get it.

Rules:

All we are asking is that you send us a screenshot of the spray in use. Either leave it in the comments below or send it to Contest at CrunchGear dot Com. We’ll pick a winner at random from all eligible entries on July 3, 2009. The winner must have a US shipping address too.

Tips:

Most games bind the F5 key to the screenshot command. You can of course Google this.

Also, you can upload your photo to Flickr, Photobucket, or Picasa Web Albums and then drop the link in here. Make sure the pic is only 620 pixels wide if you’re going to paste it into our comments.
