Holy smokes! I interrupt your Sunday afternoon to bring you this shocking news: Billy Mays is dead! Yes, the guy from the OxiClean commercial and that show on the Discovery Channel was found dead in his Florida home today. I am completely shocked and terribly bummed out. That guy was tremendous.
Billy Mays what a clown, i could not stand his stupid comercials of @hit that does not work, but he made a good buck selling crap.

I feel for his family, and even his fans. I couldn’t take his commercials, but I could see why folks liked him. His enthusiasm seemed real (ala Richard Simmons). And in interviews he seemed like a genuinely good guy.
(At least he went home to his family, and didn’t get into knock-dow-drag-outs with $1k hookers…)

It’s sad Billy Mays had to go because of what looks like a possible head injury. I knew a older man a few years ago who retired and during gardening accidently hit his head on a pot. His head hurt for a week but didn’t think much of it and then all of a sudden died. Later they found out his brain had been bleeding for a week. very sad. RIP Billy

I liked this guy, I know everyone has to be smiling and enthusiastic with commericials, but this guy really seemed like an upbeat, sincere, honest, down-to-earth nice guy, and his beard only added to those qualities and made him unique.
The world today already has a lack of ppl like this..

I have had the pleasure of working with Billy Mays. Although many people associate him with being the loud, larger-than-life personality booming from their television, he was also one of the nicest and most genuine people I have ever met.
