I have had their backup software on two systems for 5 months now, and they work great. Also, they provide security features and ability to track stolen laptops...nice! Fireproof, floodproof, CDP, bare metal restore and protects my wife's machine from HD crash and accidental deletions. We bolt the ioSafe to the floor too so the tornado can't run off with it - ha! One on my desk and one in a cheap fireproof safe. I use Acronis software or just copy and paste. Really depends on how much I want to save. I have about 10 years of family photos and work documents that I need to save so it's essential for me to do this.
