We tested this with a small group internally – it has some interesting uses, but basically it’s twitter and a wiki mash-up.

It’s OK but really didn’t serve our purposes as we’d hoped it would…

What exactly is the “small” fee on the appliance. $5000? $1 per user a month is ridiculously low for that appliance to cost nothing.
