The Zune is refurbished, yes, but it comes with a 90-day warranty direct from Microsoft and the AV dock is brand new. Since the Zune is wireless, too, you can zip movies to it over your home network as it sits in the dock hooked up to the TV. Not bad for $150, considering you can also carry it around with you as well.
