Okay, so Nikon’s S1000pj just launched a few hours ago and I think we all want to see how it’s going to work. We’ll have a hands-on shortly, but here is the official Nikon video that demonstrates the camera clearly. We just hope that the room doesn’t have to be pitch black inorder for it to work. Interstingly enough, the French version of the video shows a cream colored S1000pj along with the matte black model we’re getting here in the States. It makes you wonder why we don’t have the color option here.

Some of those projector images are clearly post-production. I’m interested in seeing what it would *really* look like.
God, I love corporate marketing commercials. Bring out the white folks!
If you love those, you should watch more Wii promotional videos. heh.
Totally wrong. Corporations do their best to stuff minorities into all their commercials in percentages artificially non-representative of actual population sizes. It’s almost illegal, it appears, to have an all-caucasian media production. Even the HALF WHITE POTUS calls himself black. It’s full of fail.
I love how the guy projects the image onto the wall, leans back having a good laugh and the projected image does not move at all. Pure skillz
Yes that cracked me up as well. I guess the image stabilization software works in both directions.
Now if only my iPhone could do this, or laptop perhaps.
Teens+projector cam+public place=Penises and breasts in place of red laser beams.
It is a cool feature. To pack the power of projector inside a camera, the camera performance must suffer. It’s cool any way.
