Oh, and that tablet? Not coming until 2010. Sorry.

Really? Inexplicably? Apple has always released final specs to accessory partners before launch so that Griffin, Belkin, and the like can have $30+ cases ready for Apple’s latest offerings at launch day.
these case manufacturers probably won’t get the spec until maybe 10 hours after the device launches. they KNOW generally that they’ll have cameras so they’re making renders and models to reflect that. but they don’t have prototypes.

iPods for pictures? eh…will they get used much. Not the right market for this type of addition.
I’ve been wanting a camera for my Touch since I basically first got it. iPods even have a PICTURE SECTION. It just makes sense. There is no reason not to add a camera.
Cameras on MP3 players? Give me a break…. Thats almost as bad as the DSi

If your going to pay 199 for a camera, why not have an mp3 player? They both cost the same, and you don’t have to look for a camera that will work with your MAC. I carry my ipod everywhere,The Picture I could take. And you don’t have to pay for uploading your photos from your phone.
