  • So is it “Handspredd”, “Hanspree” or “Hannspree”?

  • So is it “Handspree”, “Hanspree” or “Hannspree”?

  • I’ll stick with the 1005HA, which you can now buy for $300, $330 or $380.

Why do companies keep coming out with crappy netbooks at above competition prices?

    • But will the 1005ha stick with you? I’m writing this comment right now on an Asus G50VT-X5, which I have had for 3 months, and I’m loving it. But 50/350 reviews of the 1005ha on Amazon are lamenting about DOA’s, dead after a day or 2 weeks, or 2 months; suddenly won’t charge at all, lackluster response from Asus, blah, blah, blahs. 50 1-Star reviews. That’s 1/7. Those odds are too rich for my blood. For light business use, I’ll take a matte screen (no glare) and bluetooth, thank you. Find that on a $300 machine.
