How could they leave battery life out of a press release like that?
It seems like about the most important thing they could have included.
Lack of battery life estimate does seem like a huge oversight… even if most of those estimates are gross overestimates of actual typical use scenarios.
Beg pardon, Amazon’s listing says 3.5 hours, which seems kind of anti-climatic from a 6-cell that uses “1/6th the power of a regular mobile CPU”. Guess I was expecting something closer to 5-6 hours to wow me.
Ya, what’s with the 3.5 hour battery life – lousy. If you’re going to get saddled with an ULV processor it should run forever. Maybe the ATI Video card is the culprit. Maybe it doesn’t have LED backlight.
is it 3.5 hours with extensive use? i think its the processor that is cutting down the battery life. I think they are trying to attract everyone with the features, looks and performance and the battery comes second =) the 4gb ram and 320 hd with 2 usb ports, hdmi out and a webcam seems pretty enticing to me.
It’s an very good laptop because it is 15.6 inch wide screen in 16:9 formats. The solution lays in something special’s 1366 x 768 pixels. The machine comes with a memory card reader, battery of six or nine cells and a camera of 1.3 MP. The whole thing is wrapped in a will as the smallest battery weigh less than 2.1 kg.
