Dealnews has found a nice little trick to get the PS3 Slim for only $200. Yeah, you have to jump through some hoops and have good credit, but hey, it’s worth a try.
First you have to sign up for a Sony Visa Card but this will get you a $100 credit you can use towards future purchases. So then you simply select the PS3 Slim and check out. Within the next 12 weeks, you will get the $100 credit taken which will bring the price of the PS3 Slim down to $199. Clever.

Kidding… really. I think that the credit card is offered through Sony’s site, giving you $100 credit towards purchases through their store. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
Yes you can Evan, but then you would have to buy a Blu-Ray player, buy the wireless adapter for $99.99 if you want to play wirelessly, and deal with the Red Ring of Death, pay for a gold subscription.
So at the end of the day you are gonna end up expending more money. But other then that, Yes…you…can!
