Sony laid out its motion controller plans the other day at the Tokyo Game Show and mentioned that Resident Evil 5 and LittleBigPlanet would be the first games to take advantage of the system. Well, freaks and geeks, wanna see some actually gameplay? ‘Course you do.
Go ahead and skip to 2:50 when the action starts. It looks good enough, I guess. Hopefully when the product launches though, you don’t have to use the motion controller along with a normal PS3 controller like the dude is using in the demo. That would be, well, lame and a cop-out on Sony’s part.

I think you pretty have to use that second controller for movement, unless they have something else in mind. Which would be great. I wouldn’t want to play by waving a wand at the screen though, that’s for sure.
It would be cool if they could bring the arcade technology to the living room that lets you dodge and hide behind things as you play.
So it’s just like RE on the Wii, but with good graphics.
As with the WII, if the aiming is done with the top of the wand, your wrist will get sore after a while. It’s uncomfortable to tilt one’s hand that way.
hopefully you will be able to by some 3rd party gun shaped “magic wand” holder.
