Matt Waldman at Nooka has done it again. The Zaz is a see-through watch with an LCD sandwiched onto a transparent surface. You tell time by counting the blocks and reading the growing minutes bar and it comes with a black, silver, or white band.
At $380 it’s a bit pricier than some Nooka models but it’s still badass. They’ll be available in November.
Also, the last secret word is WARFARE.

Woo! I was worried you guys would be mean and put out that last word this evening :P E-Mail sent.
That’s a pretty cool watch, but not for the price :-/
I agree with Benjamin. It’s a very cool watch, but nowhere near sweet enough to justify spending $380. Maybe $50, but $380? Really?
OK, I actually read the description on their website too…
Time is marked with a display similar to the Zenv style, with blocks appearing on the transparent screen seemingly as a part of the wearer’s wrist.
Yes, they appear right on your wrist! With a giant obtrusive white band and chrome frame around them! It’s magic! :-/ I’m done.
i guess it’s time to send the email
I totally called the war part on yesterday’s comment. Didn’t get the full word though :( heh
How and when will you announce the winner? :3
