I think that it is in poor taste that they do not even acknowledge the issues that stopped some of us from entering.

A number people were experiencing issues with delivery failures. I posted about it several times last night, and included the text from my Google bounce back.
Take a look at the comment threads from the original contest posting, and the Oct 14th FYI posting.
You can’t miss it.
The delievery failures people were getting was due to sending to contest@crunchear.com and not contest@crunchgear.com (notice the G in crunchGear). The first contest post had the wrong address listed wrong for awhile. I got the bounce back on my first send, but noticed the error in the address and sent again.

For future contests like this you should have people put more info in the email to be sure that each person submits just once. I would suggest having everyone put their street address (maybe not the whole address, for privacy reasons, just the street number and name) so that if someone wins they have to use that for their shipping address, it would drastically reduce the chance of multiple entries.
