Quick note: If you purchased a Belkin TuneBase iPod dock after April 1, 2009, click here to see if your model has a thing for starting fires. You probably don’t want that feature.

  • might become useful what with winter coming along if you live in any of the northern states that are prone to snow storms … just incase you get stuck in a snow bank and need to stay warm for a little bit.

  • Sweet a dock for an item that already overheats and explodes is now overheating and causing fires. I call shenanigans…This is all a conspiracy to burn us.

  • Speaking of shenanigans – try actually returning one. I have a UPS label but UPS are saying I have to pay £7 to return the faulty product I was sold – no chance.

I then tried to get hold of Belkin in the UK and was redirected to a call centre in India who have no clue about the recall. Am now on hold for another help line which is too busy to answer my call.
