I don’t think it says “please rob me blind” as much as it says “kick my ass, rob me blind and then kick me a few more times for good measure before throwing my scooter in front a dump truck.”
I think Mike is right, although frankly I could leave out the robbing the guy in favor of just knocking him off his scooter with a 2×4. God knows what kind of weird taint he’s left on that iPhone.
