Rob at Phandroid found an app that only runs under Android 2.0 with multi-touch. That’s right: the Mororola Droid, not just the German Milestone, has multi-touch. The app you have to grab is Picsay, a photo viewing app, and it’s all right there, front and center.
If you don’t have a Droid, who are you thinking for the Series?

The HTC Hero has multitouch for some of its apps such as the web browser. Its nice, but I wouldn’t miss it if it wasn’t there.
I don’t really care who wins the series. But NY has the upper hand and are in a pretty comfortable position. But if they get too comfortable they might slip. It’ll be interesting.
Good to see that app developers can make use of the multi-touch support built into Android 2.0 even if Google is afraid to add it into the OS.
. . . Come on, Google!
“the multi-touch support built into Android 2.0 even if Google is afraid to add it into the OS.”
Do you realize the logic mistake in that?
Come on, Mark – I knew someone was going to try to call me out on that. I think you know exactly what I mean.
I just assumed being Verizon, they demand at least one cool feature be crippled on every phone they sell.
Haha, good form.
It could be
Verizon, Google, Or Motorola causing this feature to be missing. But I guess if we don’t know who is truly to blame, then blame Verizon.
Everything is Verizon’s fault.
XP
awesome.
Wow, just like iphone!
I hate george steinbrenner and phillie fans are the WORST.. I like being interested in the series but hard to care.. and alex merigous.. wgaf???
Got here late, Yankees?
This is a lie… wtf… I use picsay pro on a verizon smartphone and I can’t do this… I must double tap or click the zoom button… what’s the deal?
whoops… sorry… I lied… I had my fingers too close together and it didn’t detect I was using two.. poor implementation that can’t figure out that when your finger magically splits in two, it’s actually two fingers… oh well, huge steps in the right direction, way to go picsay devs!
