Sometimes, the medium is the message. In this case, the medium is Rubiks Cubes. The message is that there’s an Irish guy named John Quigley who has too much free time. I mean, I suppose you could say the same of many artists, but this is some seriously time-consuming stuff. And while it’s impressive, it seems rather… algorithmic, doesn’t it? I notice there are no original compositions.
I guess it’s a hobby. Better than mine, anyway (crying and punching my pillow, if you’re wondering).

There is no such thing as a Rubix cube.
Please be a decent blogger/reporter/whatever.
I do know a guy who made a Stephen Colbert one.. Though the most he got was a mention on the Colbert website.
I’ve read this blog over four times, which I rarely do, and I can’t see where the blogger misspelled the word Rubiks. If you were referring to the response “Rubix Cube-based real-life pixel art suggests too much time on someone’s hands :Microsoft (anti) fans”, I would suggest for you to complain to the author of such response (blog). Why don’t you click it to find out yourself.
No, it was actually corrected – I own the mistake. Rubiks/Rubix is for some reason one of the few mix-ups that I can’t seem to put my finger on. But thanks for the support, Mario.
Now if more time is consumed… then that would result in effective output.

He only has to solve one side of each cube!
