We all know that the new Star Trek was the best movie of all time – I’m serious – but how about the upcoming Blu-ray release? Well, Blu-ray.com takes Blu-ray releases and grades them on four levels: Movie, Video, Audio, and Extras. The upcoming Star Trek release scored a perfect five out of five in each category. Yeah, it’s that awesome.

I was suprise on how good this film was. Definatley the best prequal “new start” story ever by all means.

It’s a great release but I stopped short of calling it perfect.

I bought Star Trek on blu-ray and love the intro scene but was totally disappointed when I couldn’t do an A-B repeat on my PS3!! I wanted to put this opening scene on an A-B repeat….
Has anyone else noticed this disk doesn’t allow chapter repeats and A-B repeat??
You are quite possibly the only human on Earth to make use of such a feature.
