Jajaja! Major Nelson, of Xbox fame, sent his fellow Microsofties this big banner congratulating them on releasing Windows 7. One billion Achievement Points! I’ve had an Xbox 360 for three years now, and I only have around 5,000 such points. I guess I’m a failure.
I wonder when that big sign will suddenly turn bright red and stop functioning, thus rendering the achievement meaningless.

Ha Ha Ha, very good point. Or you never know, it might be he couldn’t add yet another zero to the 1 Billion achievements since it would segfault his PC (sorry I meant Win7 would give a “General protection fault”).
@evan I’m as much against Apple as many people, but that comment was just stupid. I have already had 3 replacement Xbox 360s for the flash red lights of death. Microsoft fanboy or not, you can’t deny the Xbox 360 was a pretty poorly manufactured system.

I’ve had two RRODs in three years. I’ve never had a video game system fail on me before since 1992. So I will agree to the point that the 360 wasn’t a very well constructed device.

Its good to see Microsoft have a little humor and personality about Windows 7, or anything for that matter. I’ve always thought of them as being very serious and never really anything more then a huge corporation. Also, I think W7 deserves all the praise its received thus far. As for the 360? That still needs a lot of help.
Maybe the 720 will be better, or whatever they’ll call it.
