We present, for your inspection, the Kodak 5250 all-in-one: a scanning, printing, faxing, photofinishing machine that can best the big boys in the printer race.

Best of all, the 5250 has built-in WiFi so you can stick the printer on your network and print from any computer in the house. Take a look at Kodak’s 5250 product page and then click through to figure out how to win.

Wireless printing in seconds—it’s simple!

With the KODAK ESP 5250 All-in-One Printer you can print vivid color documents and lab-quality photos at home for much less than what you’re paying now thanks to our low-cost, high-quality pigment ink cartridges. And with the convenience of Wi-Fi built-in, we’ve made printing as easy as it is affordable. Say goodbye to overpriced ink for good. Print, copy, scan, and save every day with Kodak.

To enter to win this delightful printer, simply comment below about what you intend to print with your new printer. This is a workhorse and deserves to end up in a deserving home.

Good luck!

  • My wife and I would both use this printer. Our desk’s are located on different floors, so when we need to print out our trees worth of college papers, we can now put the printer somewhere very convenient for the both of us.

    • Well if you think this is sweet, then I guess guys from crunchy don’t have any idea how “special” a saturday give-away when its line with an impending black friday sale! Proof?

All hell breaks loose on B. Friday! Juicy details: http://bit.ly/black-friday-insane-deals-come-and-get-me

“and suddenly all became just a piece of candy” Tnx victoria.

  • I build the world and need a strong partner. Come fly with me.

  • I will print stuff for my church, pics of my daughter, and other misc. stuff for our family.

  • I would love to win this to be able to print and save pictures of family that i want to save forever

  • I would connect it to the network in the house and make it available for all 3 people, we are constantly printing off pictures to make albums, or forms for work, or random things we find interesting and want to file away. one of us even likes to print off strategy guides.

  • I’ll throw away my annoying refurbished HP all in one that only prints in black and print some real pictures with this sweet thing.

  • My family is in desperate need of this printer. As our children approach kindergarten age in San Francisco, we need a high quality printer to impress each school with high quality copies our eloquently written application essays, along with the required family photos they expect us to submit. Living in this city is insane.

  • I would you this printer to print pictures of my family this holiday season. It is nice to have the ability to print at home. Instead of going to a store to print the pictures. Kodak makes great printers.

  • we love photography, and our printer just went to the big printer in the sky. so for us it would be our all arround printer for everything from photos, to wiring diagrams for our new project!!

  • I print my small business needs and need a cheap ink cartridge but a printer that has quality for my volume jobs (I do flyers, articles, e.t.c,)

  • Well, the printer is simple amazing. Best thing is fast to use to print anything from document to photos. Specially, I am being an photography enthusiast ,I think this printer will be useful for me to showcase my work to people easily. Wi-fi enabled printer will be just making my life easier for printing and don’t have to worry about all settings stuff much now.

  • We’d print pics of our son; he’s almost two and loves looking at “picture Jordan” when he sees them on the wall or as Dady’s computer background.

  • This would be a great addition to my apartment. My roommate and I both live away from our families, so we’d print pictures of friends and family to put up around the apartment. Also, we could print pictures of our recent adventures to send to our parents. Finally, it would have to be used for more than just fun. We’re both grad students, and this printer would be connected wireless to our computers constantly to be printing our pages and pages of papers for school in great condition for the profs.

  • I would love to print articles for my research papers. Most of the articles I have to print are 15+ pages long. About 50 of those and then the 20+ page research paper I write from those articles makes for quite a print load. Add onto that about 100 pictures I print every time I go to England to see my fiancé… I definitely need a workhorse printer.

  • I would replace my faulty Kodak 5500 AiO with this newer model that actually works. I splurged on a 5500 with all the accessories so my wife could print for scrapbooking without feeling guilty about ink prices. We use the scanner periodically and it works well, but the printing parts have broken four times now, and Kodak responded by discontinuing the line and pulling the ink from stores. I would love to make my wife’s day with a new all-in-one that actually worked so she could get back to scrapbooking.

  • As a father of two small boys, 1 and 4 years old, this printer would mainly be used to print photos of them that we unregularly send to relatives who are IT-deficient. It would certainly run hot I can assure you!

  • I will print out this years holiday pictures of family and friends. It will also get good use in the home office during the work week as I run my own business. And…on the weekend…it will print out online purchased tickets to local concerts. So this little workhorse won’t be sitting around gathering dust.

  • Hello. I’m interested in photoshop and photography, so I need a printer to print my photos and photoshop work.

  • I would use it to print photos of my 2 year old crying on Santa’s lap. It will be the highlight of my yearly family newsletter that I print and snail mail out to my non-techie relatives. :)

  • Print out christmas cards so they might get sent out

  • I would finally print out all these pictures cluttering up my hard drive and put something on the walls of my empty new apartment :)

  • I would be able to print pictures of our new granddaughter. Something that would look good enough to share with friends and family. Would love to have a decent printer. Thank you.

  • I will be using this photo in short term to make a collage of pictures from the passing of a fellow Marine Shawn (LCpl) for his mother. In the long term I will print pictures for families of members who lose their loved ones from their funerals. You can see the funeral of LCpl Shawn on my facebook, as he was buried yesterday.

  • Well, I’m taking a JAVA programming class and need to print my assignments and quiz study guides! Also, my room mate has to go to his dads house to print his weekly milage worksheet for the company he works for. This would help two people out!! Oh and we only have laptops so the wifi is a huuuggeee plus!

  • Printer Plays most important part in my life.

1] Help me print out monthly bank statements.
2] Scanner convert my old document into CD or transfer to my external Hard drive.
    3] Business card.
    4] Printing bumper stickers.
5]Printing free candy wrapper birth announcements.
6]Coping original document for backup copy.
7] Photo print quality printers for home.

  • My girlfriend and I are really into scrap-booking, but printing photos at the store is annoying. We’d like to have a high quality printer that would allow us to print photos and collages without breaking the bank.

  • I will donate my old black/white Dell 1600n printer to the Salvation Army.

  • Hello,

I think this is the perfect time when I am unemployed but still trying to further my studies through higher education. I really need a printer as I have to print my assignments, questionnaires, practice materials etc. I am not in a position to buy a new printer so what I do I just read it through the computer screen and try to make notes just writing it in my note book. I cannot afford to print it in libraries when they charge between 10cents to 15cents per page. I just use the library printers for my final assessment paper only. I think if I get that printer it is going to make my life easier. I just thought I should give a try and I may win the prize. Thanks for letting me participate in this contest.

  • i’d print my designs and photos worked on photoshop for my courses at university.

  • For my printing needs, I would primarily use it for photos and photo related goodies. But I could definitely use the scanner and fax as well

  • Santa…… What would I print ? EVERYTHING I could. Pictures from my childhood I don’t have copies or negatives for.

  • A printer to print photos from our family adventures – http://is.gd/50uDI – YAY!

(and volunteer firefighters society minutes, nursing papers and Union documents & a passle of school stuff from our 6-year-old daughter)

A printer that keeps Grandma’s up-to-date with their grandkid’s exploits!!

    Golly good idea!

  • Hmmm……Let’s see….I’d print:

    - The Great American Novel. After I write it.
    - Naked pictures of Bea Arthur in striking clarity
    - Fax newsletters. Do they still have those?
    - Song lyrics for “Mambo No. 5″
    - The entire flickr slide show from textsfromlastnight
    - Lists of James Bond top pick up lines.
    - A photoshopped version of the crew of the enterprise with techcrunch writers faces.

    I could go on……

  • I have 7000+ photos up on Line:
    http://www.kentkb.com
But have not printer any. With this printer I could.

  • I would use this printer to print all of my children’s pictures that I take, not to mention the thousands of pictures I will take over Thanksgiving and our trip home for Christmas.

I will also use the printer to help lessen the stress of work, printing made easy, especially at home.

  • i would use this printer to print out the art and poems my youngest daughter is creating. as well as pictures of her as she creates garments with her sewing.
my other printer is eating my budget with ink.

    thanks

  • Being totally Blind I can use this printer to scan mail and such with the online ability, transfer text to speach wirelessly to my moms cause she can’t see well either to her email from my scanner. or get books through my braille sence wirelessly and use the scanner with it, and mail, and other documents. Would be nice to see the world much more clearlier: from a Blind point that is. It soo would help with life: pictures and such too but I’d use it for simplily more.

  • I’ve been laid off from my job of 24 years and could really use something with lower ink prices. I use my Epson for everything from making copies to printing photos and my son’s class newsletter and memory assignments. But replenishing all the ink totals $96, and I see this printer’s ink is about a quarter of that.

    • My wife and our 4 daughters would love this machine. My wife volunteers a lot of her free time to the Girl Scouts and all of the correspondence and organizing is electronic now, and she has been saying how much we need a new multifunction machine, that it would make her ‘job’ so much quicker. Our girls would use it constantly for school and for sharing pictures with their friends. As for me, I am as big a gadget geek that there is and the thought of being able to print pictures straight from my iPhone makes me wish the machine was hooked up to my network right now.

  • I won’t tell what i will print. That’s so personal.

  • I run a small business and would love to be able to print photos, invoices, estimates, scan pictures and docs, and many other business related items. My wife homeschools 1 of our girls and there are many things to print off of the Mac for that. And our 2 other daughters are in Jr high and would print their many papers that go with all their classes. And my wife is always looking for new recipes to print off the internet to cook is amazing meals.

  • my mom’s birthday & the macy’s parade both fall on the same day so i would use this printer to print out all the photos but our annual holiday greeting card as well.

  • I would definitely print all of my college essays, research papers. The Wi-Fi sounds incredible, no more messy wires, my room is not that big :D
Also, alongside my online portfolio, I have a physical portfolio and this would be a perfect tool for scanning all of my numerous web design sketches, notes. That would really help a guy look professional!

  • I would really use this printer. I’m a student and would use it for my projects and papers and I run my own home business and am always going to office max or staples to print fliers for fundraisers I do.

The scanner would be very helpful as I often get pictures from people that I need to scan.

  • With four computers in my house being used for work, play, and homework for two teenagers, I’ll have to stock up on cartridges because it will be used constantly. I could really use this printer!

  • Hello,

I would enjoy using this printer for my new LLC so I can print color letterhead for invoicing, and share between VLANs for Work and Home networks. It would be beautiful to VPN into the network, and print invoices instead of faxing them in lower quality.

I’m a hobbysit photographer and would love to print affordable high resolution shots from my Canon20D.

I would also digitize old documents into PDF so I can recycle the paper. This would also help my roomate in college since she does not have a printer, but has wireless on her MacBook (which this appears to be compatible across Windows, Linux and Mac OS X).

Thank you for the contest Tech Crunch!! :)

  • I would use the Kodak ESP 5250 to help with editing of photographs. I like to print a 4 X 6 out of the photos I think are strong enough to accompany a story and put them on the bulletin board as I finish the story. If I haven’t grown tired of the image by the time I’ve finished the story, the photo goes. When the photograph will be used for print and time permits, I will also send the prints to the editor so they can have a color reference. Kodak’s lower ink prices would be a welcome addition and will lower my workflow cost.

  • Intent to
    1) Scan all my old hard copy photos so that i can preserve them for ever :-)
    2) Print my research work so that i can read it on the bus as i travel to work.

  • As a designer ,photographer, i ll use this for printing my photos and illustration made by me and other design for inspiration.
