I’ve got one of these sitting in my apartment right now, and we’ll have a review for you soon — but if you’re already convinced of the usefulness of these little smartphone symbiotes, now would be a good time to pick one up. They’ve just dropped $100 in price and now they support a dozen [...]

I am not a huge fan of Windows Mobile. I am, however, a huge fan of Palm and, as I’ve mentioned before, I’m befuddled by their recent decisions. As a blogger I’m full of half-baked opinions and prejudices and no where is this more prevalent than in my understanding of Palm and its various incarnations [...]

Dave from MobilityToday reviews the Treo 800w, Palm’s $249 Windows Mobile Treo sold by Sprint. According to a photo on the SprintUsers.com forum — a photo which apparently came from HowardForums (I couldn’t find it there) — several new handsets will be available on the Sprint network over the coming months. An integrated antenna is the biggest change in the form-factor. The phone will also feature a 320×320 touch display, Wi-Fi, GPS and will, unfortunately, [...]

The Treo 800w’s launch date of June 22 is getting closer, and the phone has once again been spotted in the wild. The Windows Mobile smartphone featuring the new Treo form factor is making Palm’s business users excited.
Treo users are known as being loyal, but the fact that Palm hasn’t update the device’s look — [...]

This CDMA WinMo Treo is called the 800w and should appear in the next few months as a potential follow-up to the Palm Centro. Can you feel the excitement in the air?
Giz reports that the phone will have Wi-Fi, GPS, and EVDO and will use a mini-USB plug instead of a standard micro-USB.

It was Kodak that made the first digital camera in the year before I was born. It was cobbled together out of spare parts in the Kodak labs and was less than .01 megapixels in resolution. It was the size of a toaster and it took 23 seconds to record a black and white image [...]
