December 2nd, 2008

What do we have here, kiddies. Was Apple trying to slip one past us by submitting this tasty patent for a liquid cooled portable on Thanksgiving? This patent that may, or may not, see production describes two separate cooling processes involving liquid.

Review: Two Acme Made shoulder bags

December 2nd, 2008

The holidays are approaching, and although gadgets, cameras and the like will be flowing like wine, one sector shoppers tend to neglect is how to carry said gadgets. After all, you upsize your laptop and it no longer fits in your briefcase, or you get a new lens and now you need a better camera [...]

Apple’s 24-inch LED Cinema Display (finally) unboxed

December 1st, 2008

It’s been a while (10/14/08) since Apple first announced the next version of the Cinema Display but with the display now shipping, unboxing pics have surfaced. The LED-powered display looks just like it did when we first peeped it way back on October 14. The display hasn’t revealed any unannounced features but the lack of a power [...]

Volute premium portable wine’s aluminum bottles and wide mouths make them well-suited for, say, concealment at technology trade shows. No embarrassing Cabernet drip [...]

Apple retail stores will now price match any item that can be found more cheaply somewhere else. So, if Amazon is selling, say, the iPod touch for $100, you can walk into your nearest Apple store, printout in hand, and get the same price then and there.
This price matching only applies to authorized sellers of [...]

Apple posts Black Friday preview

November 25th, 2008

Apple is gearing up for its own Black Friday event and teasing fanboys with the above image. Curiously enough though, nowhere does it say “sale, savings, or deals” which begs the question on whether ’ol Jobsy is going to attempt to fool soccer moms and gadget feigns Black Friday morning. Apple sales are rare ’cause generally the [...]
